We avoid unnecessary or redundant model runs, batch processing where possible, and choose efficient model architectures and providers that prioritise energy-efficient infrastructure.
No duplicate audio uploads
For this reason, we do not allow duplicate audio uploads on our platform. Processing the same recording more than once would trigger redundant AI analysis and unnecessary energy use without adding any new insight. By preventing duplicates, we avoid wasting compute and reduce our environmental footprint while keeping your data and our systems efficient.

We are transparent about our use of AI: what it does, what data it uses, and how we keep it secure and private. We hold ourselves accountable for the environmental footprint of our technology choices and keep improving our practices as the industry evolves.
